I visited Krishna home stay for a very short period. I had a short trip to Indore for a day but enjoyed a lot in the company of Mrs.Naidu, the owner of the homestay. I felt like staying in a relative’s place. It’s like home away from home. A perfect place to stay for female solo travellers and family as the homestay is authorised by Madhya Pradesh Tourism.
The location of Krishna homestay is very easy and close to the marketplace. It is centrally located and away from the hustle bustle of the old city.
Krishna homestay is running by the owner Mrs. Naidu in her small but tastefully done bungalow, a home belongs to an artist. The property is being maintained by the owner herself with a touch of art. A well-maintained garden adds to the beauty of the place. The aesthetic of the place left me speechless. The ambience was very holistic & soulful.
I stayed in the double occupancy room which was well maintained. The rooms were well designed and were huge in size. It was very elegantly done decorated with traditional and antique pieces. The bed was very cozy and comfortable.
Since it is a small homestay there were only two staff members but they helped me in all the way they could. They were very friendly and helpful.
Since it was a home of a south Indian family, So I got a chance to experience authentic south Indian food here. I would say it was figure licking good. The authentic south Indian cuisine mixed with the spicy character made it immensely delightful.
I would say it was a lovely stay. I return with a lot of sweet memories. A perfect homestay to select in Indore.
Till we meet next with a new property review.
Be happy and keep travelling.
